PHYSICAL OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY
Fusion Beauty Academy understands that students may encounter unexpected life events that affect their ability to continue their education. As a student, you have the option to request a withdrawal due to significant physical or financial hardship. This includes, but is not limited to, serious injury or illness, chronic health conditions, mental health challenges, becoming a caregiver for an ill family member, lack of reliable transportation, or a significant increase in your cost of living. If such a situation arises, you may submit a written hardship withdrawal request with supporting documentation. Upon review and approval, the Academy may reduce or waive any tuition or fees owed and will offer support to help you re-enroll when you are ready. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this policy and understand the steps to take if you experience a qualifying hardship.
PAST DUE DEBT POLICY
I understand that if I have an unpaid balance with Fusion Beauty Academy, the Academy may place a hold on my student account, which can prevent access to my transcript, diploma, or the ability to register for future classes. A hold may be applied when the balance reaches a specified minimum amount or remains unpaid beyond the stated deadline. I acknowledge that Fusion Beauty Academy has established a process for current or former students to request access to withheld academic records if they are experiencing financial hardship or meet other qualifying conditions, in accordance with applicable state regulations. I may be required to submit documentation to verify my situation. If my balance remains unpaid, I understand that the Academy may assign my account to a third-party collection agency.
By signing this agreement, I confirm that I have been made aware of this policy and understand how it may affect my access to academic records if I owe a past-due balance.
