Welcome!

My name is LeAnn Drake, and I’m a licensed cosmetology instructor, salon owner, and entrepreneur with over 15 years of experience in the beauty industry. I’m the founder of Fusion Beauty Academy, where we train future professionals in Cosmetology, Esthetics, Barbering, Makeup, and Natural Hair & Braiding.

My journey began with LuvLe Style Salon, which opened the door to a career rooted in education, innovation, and empowerment. From there, I launched LeAnn Drake Hair Care, a professional product line created to promote healthy, beautiful hair through high-quality formulas.

Education quickly became my greatest passion. Through the Fusion Foundation, I’ve been able to support students with scholarships, mentorships, youth programs, and workshops like Fusion Beauty View Camp and “Mommy & Me.” My goal is to help students grow their confidence and develop both professional and life skills.

At Fusion Beauty Academy, we value passion, professionalism, creativity, and empowerment. These principles guide our approach to teaching and preparing students for successful, lasting careers in the beauty industry.

I live by the belief that “You get to choose who you want to be.” Through my academy, salon, product line, and foundation, I strive to make beauty a platform for artistry, wellness, and opportunity—helping others create the future they envision.
